Introducing you to couch to 5k

We all had to start somewhere...

Cherwell Runners and Joggers runs 6-week Couch to 5k programs. If you are new to running or have not run in a while this is the course for you. Over the 6 weeks you will be guided through warm-ups, stretches, building up to running 5k and doing your first race at Banbury Park Run.

The program is run by our experienced leaders Dawn and Kelly. There are 6 spaces on each course and you meet every Tuesday at 6pm at Woodgreen.
